seriously though, they'll have to redo the whole roof when this happens, it might not be practical.  We've gotta go talk to experts.  If not practical a more modest remodelling will likely happen or *gasp* perhaps even a move.

A move might be worth it if you could find a more relaxed class of neighbors alone.  A bigger yard would be nice, too, for obvious reasons.
