Most next years budget will likely go to buying things for the shop, and the one idea is a $400-500 idea.  (which would then sell for quite a bit, admittedly)

Depends on if you choose to sell or not, I would think.

You tend to break even at the worst of times, so you can always do whatever, then sell.  You can even sell before hand, and then make enough to cover the shop costs.

If you can, go for the one that will payback soonest and best and use that for some of the equipping cost...
