No, the bucket is too small. 

Trevor burned through 50 lbs of ice a night, and probably should have been refilled somewhere in the middle of the night.  I'm trying to fix that for the new chiller.  This style burns more, but is more effective and actually takes a much smaller space per lb of ice. 

It also mandates cubed ice, to allow the fog to seep through the space between cubes. 

I got hold of the online manual for the avalanche in the video.  They're adding salt to their ice, which makes them able to get away with the smaller space to blast that fog, but they are also cutting down the lifetime of that partcular chiller to an hour before refill.  Makes a great 20 second video, but makes it worthless for me. 

Crunching numbers, I need to fit about 100 lbs of ice to make it the 3 hours I need.  Now I gotta figure out what size that means, then I can crunch numbers for how big the rest needs to be.

A wood stove chimney pipe, then - stretch out the needed volume longways, and I bet the effect increases, though it would probably need refilling more often.  Easy enough to disguise that diameter as a column or post or something.  It would need more insulation anyway.

Never mind, we bought 130 lbs for the party/chiller, and it just fit in a shopping basket.  so, I need just under a shopping basket size for my  ice chamber.  That's 20x27x17 according to specs online. 

That would be 40" tall, which is getting up there, and I'm damn sure putting casters on this [progeny of unmarried parents]. 

Wonder if I could rig a wagon frame, what's the weight limit on a radio flyer?

The problem is moving the fog horizontally like that, actually.  Though, I have had extremely good luck using some corrugated pipe and nothing else, it's highly dependent on weather to make that work properly, which is why my shift to chillers.

that's 20x38.  Minus some walls and insulation for the box on top, we'd be at 16x34, which would give us a box height of 16.8" needed, plus the 11" axel clearance, that's not bad. 

Guess I know what I'm looking for at garage sales/flea market this year.

So, do I target something big and new to do in the yard, finally dip my toes into some honest to goodness animatronics?  Or some special project like the bob tutorial, maybe a Chimera tutorial? 

The Halloween forum is trying to talk me into animating the fence. 

That's not where I was going to go with animation, but to make those bifurcated pumpkins into MOVING bifurcated pumpkins would be one of the most wicked things I've ever seen.
