Actually mostly ignoring it as part of the decor plans, as it, along with the new patio, will be a meeting center for the party. 

Mostly looking at dirt cheap to build.  Quick and easy to put up.  Allows any budget leftover to go towards needed equipment repair/replacements, and can be sold swiftly afterwards to bankroll next year.
