Roughly 80% ready for the yardsale now.  There's probably some stuff in Talia's closet that need to go into it, and I'm not sure if hEt's got anything to add or not.  The Kitchen probably should be gone through, as there's likely some things we could dispose of after picking up better stuff from her mom's house.  (at the same time, the kitchen is going to grow so much in the remodel, we won't be hurting for space afterword like we are now) 

But, the rest of the house has been rather thoroughly sorted.  We'll have to finish up and get the yard sale done in a couple weeks so I can start staging other items in the garage to make room for construction.  Debating whether we need another storage shed, or just pack the garage and make hEt park outside.  Or turn the garage into the kitchen for the summer, even.  Some combination thereof. 

Appraiser comes today, once we get that finished, things should start falling into place and schedules firming up.

Ideally, we're breaking ground right after Memorial day, breaking the wall in early July.  So, I have June to pack and move most of the house, trying to pace it out a bit and not have this all at once problem come July.

Sale of the big ones started slow, but each one that sold became free advertising. 



Ended up bringing home a couple of the magnets, but considering 3 others were selling more standard variety fridge magnets, that's not too bad. 

Now I have to make up the time I took off work to be there the rest of the week.

Good Lord.  I think I'm looking at upwards of 50 items out in the first pic, no idea what-all's in boxes.

Took home a few magnets sounds like a resounding success, all right.  She's already becoming dangerous.

She could sell the magnets for real money if she wanted.  I know people that would buy them. 

Anyhow, removed the eggs.  Joe is terrified of the python, and that didn't matter.  She attacked it straight away until I showed her it was boss, then she backed down.  (Cichlids compare mouth sizes for dominance, the python's is bigger) Not sure if she'll be back to normal or not tonight. 

Appraiser come, we'll see, keeping fingers crossed for good numbers.  At least in the ballpark what the bank thought.  Will be a load of stress off me once that part is settled either way.  Give me paths and issues to face to walk over waiting for crap any day.

Fluorescent =/= Phosphorescent.  (You can't imagine how often this comes up on the Halloween place, works both ways too, not all phosphorescent paint is fluorescent )  They glow under black light, not in the dark.  I don't expect anyone to stumble on that feature.

Yeah - fighting through the drowsy and sleepy is bad, but nothing like having your self control undermined.  That's no good at all.
