Finished this.
"I'm waiting!"
Tried it with and without shoes. I like it better without shoes.

This is stupid. So the last thing I'll say is that I was on winter break for the past 2 weeks. So I had days to spend making smilies.
EDIT: One frame had a bunch of pixels that were the wrong color. Fixed it :)

The possibility of my efforts being installed anywhere came a lot quicker than expected.
Time to watch the huge debate and inevitable stalemate about the installation of "I'm Waiting!"
The issue will never be solved. Many will enter, few will leave.
AC2.info will never be the same.
