Border width separation

Don't know if this was ever requested/asked, but I wonder if it's possible to separate the land -and sea border width parameter in alphax. Now, the vanilla landbase value is 8, and seabase 3, but adjusting this automatically changes the seabase border with the same amount.

So Yitzi, do you see a way to separate them?

It should be do-able, though it's not making the short list.  When I start taking requests, feel free to ask; it shouldn't be too hard.
