I really DO hope you've always appreciated, whether you bother to have a glance at Alpha Centauri or not, that I have kept SMAC all-blue all these years for YOU and absolutely nobody but you.  Only objection to green type I ever got -and I liked the mixed version a fair bit better- but you wanted all-blue and nobody spoke up for mixed.  It does end up lending Alpha Centauri that extra bit of difference.

Yitzi, I hope, appreciates that Firaxis AC Old School only exists because he didn't want a cross on a theme he was in - he gets to feel that way, and whether I like that doesn't matter; I'm never entitled to a vote on how anyone but me feels about something.  It resulted in Firaxis happening while I flailed around for solutions, and that's an attractive and popular theme.

I'm saying that I take care of my friends here the best I can is all.  It's great when everybody wins.

It's a good thing the background pic isn't also in every second post anymore. At least, early last week it still worked like that on my end.
I still have to get the hang of the text colors, but for the rest its fine.
Maybe one request: atm the text color switches between Gaian Green and Hive Blue. Any chance the posts alternate with other faction colors (if they're eligible to read, I can imagine Spartan Black wouldn't work).

The idea was SMAC blue and SMAX green.  I find the blue at post level in a slight need of lightening for contrast.

I need a little selling to go with a differing color scheme, but not much - I'd meant it to be a light theme, SMAC and Firaxis already having dark covered.  Much as the current look is right thematically, we could just dump the black backgrounds on the posts themselves, and do whatever with the text.

SO - if you're in Astronomy, Civ6, Enterprise, Firaxis, Redsy, 420AD, Alpha Centauri, Civ7, CivIIDark or Racing the Darkness, [ctrl]F5 - there have been some tweaks/improvements, many of them substantial...

For instance, I've put a background color on any place the page scroll or breadcrumbs line was hard to read against a pic background.  I've reduced vertical space waste -and thus user scrolling-down- where I could, most notably in Redsy's root index.  I fixed the sometimes overlap of the main menu line with the breadcrumbs in Firaxis and Racing.  I've done somewhat to distinguish the two recent clone themes from the originals.

If anyone knows of anything I've overlooked, now would be a good time to let me know, while I'm in the mood for this kind of fixing.  It won't last forever...
