Oh, yeah, whatever she's doing is intentionally hiding all that, I'm just not sure the ratio of photography tricks, shopping, makeup, and body modification. 

And willing to lay odds on corset/similar for ribcage alterations.  Though I'm aware of surgical answers to that as well.

It's not waist at that point, it's an entire torso being freaky small.  That body mod starts well up into the ribcage. 




But....like I said, I'm aware of modern 'alternatives'.

That one is much better around the zygomatic process which makes me think it's some shopping causing other pics to lose that.
