Do our rules allow for probe teams stealing techs from bases that swap sides due to revolt?

I'm not quite following you; I don't think there is any no-no as to stealing techs in general and base revolts don't change anything here; of course, we'll still be at war.  :D

Hey, did anyone notice that I''m a ship? Swear it's not my doing. BU, either it's you or Russian hackers compromised our forum and likely stole our super sensitive data. Now the whole world will know what I was up to in Rising Sun.
