You've loaded some of my saves, I imagine without loading the custom factions involved - the bonuses carry over...

Ah yah, probably right.  I think they're only parsed then on initial "create new game" screen with different factions.  As soon as you select one, it loads in the info from text file into corresponding faction id position.  That info must be stored in saved game.

Back to morale topic, will have some more functions to post normally.  Some odd behavior with artillery duels and bases.
