Morgan got the rush of knowledge from SOHB.  I don't think everyone gets notified in a multiplayer game, and I think they should (just like a single player game), so other players don't research SOHB expecting to get the rush of knowledge themselves.

I don't see how it can be a mistake.  Virtual World is the project that is just made for University.

Again, great job on the early build!  I don't think I have ever seen Virtual World built so early before!

I meant it maybe a mistake because I was poorly spread and the reason is  VW.
