Why yes, you buy a "change username" item in the shop.
Look for the "shop" button in the "home" line at the top of the page, look for "buy items" on the top right side of the page thereunder, and for a mere €1000 (which you already have) buy the "change username" item.

Thank you for guidance!

I also saw a "Change display name". Is it to change how my name is displayed in forum without changing the actual login name that I use to login here? If so, this is probably better fit for me as I want to change display name only not the login. It costs 5k, though, which I don't have.

I honestly don't know the difference between those two, for sure.  I think maybe the login name can't be changed.

If "change username" doesn't do what you need, PM me...
