FACOBJ missing from script.txt

While working on the game rule bitfields, I noticed the game is attempting to look up a non-existent entry in scripts.txt. This is triggered when selecting "Base facilities as objectives." inside scenario victory conditions. I quickly put together an entry for it that could be rolled into a patch. Feel free to tweak the script values. Nothing of real importance, but figured I would mention it.
