Playuv15.exe crashes on in-game movies.

Hello,

've been playing SMAC and SMAX for ages on Windows 7 x64 but recently when an in game movie is going to play the program responsible for playing it "Playuv15.exe" crashes.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
