I might still watch TV if every. single. documentary channel I got hadn't gone hideously off-mission.  They all stopped being documentary channels, Even National Geographic.

I saw a commercial for a Heroes reboot. 

I liked that show ok, though they bungled Sylar IMO.  It was kinda hit or miss.  Anyone care/paying attention?

I really hated that dark carnival junk you liked in the last season, though.  Like evil circus people all you like -they were tough in early Marvel comics- but these guys just teh lame.

I liked the idea of a carnevil (not a misspelling), and found the leader likeable when it began, but I don't think I even bothered finishing the last season.

I only ever watched the first season. Couldn't get through the first ep of the second. I'd probably give it a try before I go back to "History" Channel. Except for Counting Cars, I still enjoy that one.

Cavalcade of idiocy come to a head today. 

You're a construction company building a Gobt complex specifically for sensitive work and you put no conduits to run secure lines between buildings?
So, you have to cut holes in walls and side drill, but don't bother to cap those holes at night....
And the torrential rain goes right onto computers and all sorts of fun equipment, much of which is, shall we say, unique and um, no longer made.

On the other hand, Mother weathered the storm fabulously, handling wind more than I expected of her.  The babies might need some rework as they were not weather resistant yet, but overall impressed.

Oh, she's still incomplete, too, as far as the secure engineering goes.  I stated back when I made the Barghest in 2013.  EVERYTHING I make from here on has hidden tie downs and anchors.  Mother's are installed but were not in use for the storm.

It's difficult to not be annoyed by people being stupid though, isn't it?  Especially when they make it your problem.
