I'm avoiding that thread like the plague.  hEt's mom, dad, my mom, my grandma all has teh cancer.  (though my grandma seems to be all but impervious to it, had "aggressive" cancer for 15 years now, no treatment, just giving it the bird)  Pulled the plug on 3 people now, on board to do so for 4 more.  Stiff upper lip and all that.  More likely I have some very perverted emotional coping mechanisms that this stuff just doesn't hit me in a normal way.

I have a pretty astounding webhost, I must say. 

Have been getting hit by some religious group all week, there's been 4 attempts at hacking the site, and the host caught each one and fixed immediately.  None of the hundreds of hate messages have made it live either.  Slowly blocking the various IP ranges used. 

It's certainly been one of those weeks...What did I ever do to Baptists in Louisianna anyway?

It's just not a very logical leap to hey, this guy is odd, let's go find out if he has a website and attack it.  My facebook would be the most logical place to strike for a local wanting to cyberbully, wouldn't it? 

I mean, later in the year I advertise the website, but not at the moment.  (I would have a countdown out already, but didn't want to put it out this year since we're going on vacation)

I will note both Chompy and Stripes are darker than 1st instar Wiggles, this is a potential sign of parasites, but too early to really make a judgement.  Might be they're just younger than my pic of Wiggles.

Yes, I think your facebook would be the logical focal point of locals and people you know.

Couldn't somebody just do an image search and stumble across it? I presume there's rivalry between the holy haunts and the traditional. Even if somebody is only looking to steal ideas from the heathen haunts, or learn how to make a skeleton, that discovery could lead to you, couldn't it?  Then, when somebody else asks where they got the idea/learned how , etc.  the secret is out. Then, if you are judged to be evil , maybe they see it as God's work to persecute you.

Um, you'd be searching for some bizarre things to get my images in a search.  Typing "unorthodox halloween" into google will get you all sorts of me.  Beyond that "fred", "steve", "trevor", etc, are not exactly things one associates with halloween so are well down the image searches.  "Barghest" doesn't even trigger mine unless you add Chimera.
