Kevin bacon's new serial killer drama TV show.  Murders all inspired by Poe, written/directed by the guy who did "Scream", and it shows with some clearly horror inspired scenes. 

It's almost like a serial version of "Seven".

I memorized The Raven way back in 4th grade.  The rest of the poetry was simple after that.  The popular shorts are easy as well.  It's the more unusual ones that raise eyebrows. 


Think his was the first book I ever bought with my own money.

I apparantly am going  to have to find a new source for candles. 

The source I bought from last year has stopped selling plain candles, and they're all now either dressed for spells or decorated for Catholics.  I was hoping it was just a Christmas thing with the sudden explosion of catholic saints, but the new shipment was all dressed.  While I wouldn't be opposed to burning a suitable spell (or 50) at the prices they are asking their dressing methods fail to impress me and I foresee too many problems to make it worthwhile.

Bummer.  Candles are easy enough to make, but too much of a pain to be worth it for plain ones.

It's the total lack of the jars that would keep me from making my own at this point.  This place was selling novena/7 day candles for under $1, I can't even find the empty jars for under $3 elsewhere. 

Looks like dollar tree has some, though.  Just would prefer to support a local place.

Every job I've had, I get stuck with this...

I've stopped being surprised when people can't basically navigate a windows environment, however.
