The "best time", typically, about 1/2 to 3 hours before you are to go home for the weekend, that has been booked up months in advance as well as the last minute personal things to also do... and the most infuriating thing is, they knew, the earliest, that very morning, If not a few days ago...  but they wait until that very window, not as much from malice as from incompetence...

When I started, identified a major area of need, and suggested a specific upgrade.  Like literally, within my first week.  It got attention all the way up the food chain in the company, as it turns out EVERYONE had the same problem.  My suggestion is now rolling out corporate wide.

How the hell did we end up last in line to get it then?  (could care less about getting recognition for stating the obvious, just give me the damn upgrade.)

Well, as long as they give it to you in $$, barring that, as long as they don't either pawn off the credit to some total brownnose and/or f#ck it all up beyond all belief....

I know their thinking, it's just not going to work. 

We handle over triple the volume of the rest of the corporate combined  On paper, it's a lot easier to certify the system when you're only worried about small numbers, then ideally you just roll it off to the big stuff. 

But I WILL break it and we'll have to recertify after the fix.  Been through this 4 times now.  I literally wrote the book in a few areas.
