When is the next rocket launch from Cape Canaveral? There's a wait.

Those visiting the Space Coast this Thanksgiving holiday week may be out of luck when it comes to seeing a rocket launch. There is not a launch in sight until late in the weekend.

A week without a launch on the Space Coast is a rare occurrence. However, after hitting the 101st launch of the year on Nov. 22, the Florida launch cadence has drastically slowed. While Cape Canaveral sees an average of two rocket launches per week, this holiday week is bringing the gap between launch days to over a week.

While SpaceX has yet to confirm, a Federal Aviation Administration advisory shows the next Falcon 9 launch occurring no earlier than 3:11 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 30 from Pad 39A at NASA's Kennedy Space Center. The Falcon 9 rocket will be delivering the next batch of SpaceX's Starlink internet satellites to orbit. Upon liftoff, the rocket will travel southeast.

The next Florida launch window on the Federal Aviation Administration is another Starlink mission set for no earlier than 3:16 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 2 from Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.

Why do you insist that the human genetic code is 'sacred' or 'taboo'? It is a chemical process and nothing more. For that matter -we- are chemical processes and nothing more. If you deny yourself a useful tool simply because it reminds you uncomfortably of your mortality, you have uselessly and pointlessly crippled yourself.
