Friday, mostly finished up with the basic design plans and settled in on the budget.  There's a few things we need to nitpick and look at. 
There's a few items that still need to be addressed with the contractor, but they are all finishing type stuff. 

Saturday, ordered most of the appliances.  Some salesman hit the jackpot when we come in, wanting an entire kitchen set. 

Closing on the loan today, should have a schedule shortly after that.  I think the loan has to fund before they can really start.  Hopefully groundbreaking towards the end of the week.

I know for a fact the back yard swallowed a few of my skulls over the years.  They should be mostly small chunks and indiscernible if not completely decomposed by now, but I'm kinda curious what, if anything, gets found when we start digging.
