A spiritual successor to Planescape:Torment funded via Kickstarter

Hello guys,

I imagine that as a community of sophisticated, mature gamers, you all know and cherish such RPG classics like Fallout and Planescape:Torment. Probably most of you also already know that the gang who created them assembled again and gather funds via Kickstarter. Wasteland 2 (a Fallout-like tactical RPG) got funded several months ago, now it's time for Torment!  I'm very excited about that and am looking forward to it, as P:T in my opinion had the most complex and compelling story in the history of gaming. The same people work on a similar project right now, not a sequel per se, but a game in similar mood and concept. The required 1 million USD was gathered in 6 hours (!), but the more cash they get, the deeper game they will deliver. Feel free to contribute if you loved the original:

As I write it, it's 2,25 million USD and it would be great to hit 3 mil. So what do you say, any P:T fans out there?

By the way, judging by the popularity of those niche RPG projects, I'm positive that SMAC 2 at Kickstarter would gather a lot of attention and hard cash.

Since EA owns the rights.... I don't think we will see them go to kickstarter.
