Alpha Centauri Redux UI redesign project

A fellow named Keegan Chua did a mockup of a new UI for SMAC in 2016.  I happened to stumble upon it today.  I emailed him some feedback.  My favorite new elements are the larger unit window in the lower left corner, and the much larger Design Workshop.  I do not feel that everything about the UI needed a change though.  In particular, the original Nerve Stapler is better.  But it's neat to see someone go through the serious exercise of how they might do the SMAC UI differently now.
