looking for help understanding custiom factions

ok it seems i need some more help with installing custiom factions into the game from this site..  id like to use the damn, the hellborn and a agrifaction but i cant remember how to get the images to show up in faction editor

id like to play some random game with them.. im thinking the damn and hell born would be great adversaries to play against. but i just dont know how to get them to show up after i put the files in the alpha text thing for smax.

i have figured out how to do it. i found another site buncle has and it taught me what to do

now i will try to understand how to make factions.
