Empath Song Bug

I noticed that an aircraft with empath song attacking a Locust of Chiron does not get the Empath Song attack bonus. I believe this is clearly a bug because ground units with Empath Song do get the bonus while attacking Locusts of Chiron.

This is because when an aircraft attacks an interceptor unit (and Locusts are technically interceptor units), many bonuses do not apply, including that one.
