Fixed SMAX 2.0 Sound Files

Five of the sound files will quit working for players with SMAX 2.0.  That's because Firaxis encoded them as stereo files, and 2.0 will only work properly with mono files.
Placing these reencoded WAV files in the FX folder will fix the problem.
