Downtime town

The forum was down for the last 5 hours or so (00-05h UTC) as a result of a silly mistake I made*. I apologise for any inconvenience caused and I'll try not to do it again.

* I decided to update a bunch of things on the server and then the things I upgraded to were too new, so I had to do some fixing in our configuration files.

The Wiki is still borked. I hope to restore basic functionality to the wiki tomorrow. Some functionality may be broken for some time as our media wiki installation is very old and does not get along with php.

On the upside, the server should be slightly more responsive. I have also taken some steps to move us closer to being able to run development and production servers and actually insulate our users from development work.
