Title: How to put new faction leader pictures?

Could someone tell me, or direct me to, directions on how to put new faction leader pictures into the factions I am making using the editor?  I am quite poor with computers so I need very basic, detailed instructions on how to do this.

download gimp ver 2.6 if i remeber correctly, you'll haven't problems with things like palette compatibility, it will be all more basic to do.

Yeah, all you have to do is you just have to get the faction template, which I think BUncle could supply the link (It's been a bit since I've toured forum and such, my health has been failing me for the past while) and just make sure your image stays within the lines of the faction leader picture.
