Title: How do I play multiplayer

I request the information to set up multiplayer live and by PBEM
There are instructions somewhere, I don't think they are posted on top

It's for an associate, not that I wouldn't be willing to play someone on here

I found the thread about doing it live, albeit I haven't figured anything out.
I still wish to learn how to do PBEM.  That at least should be possible to accomplish.
