Title: Hotkeys within a base

Some of the hotkeys within a base seem straightforward. R brings up the Rename option. N goes to the Next base. P, C, or 0 (zero) all seem to bring up the selector to Change Production. H brings up the Hurry production payment window. 1 through 9 bring up the production selector but don't seem change the current production. Are they related to saving and loading production queue templates (accessible by right clicking the production queue)? If so I can't seem to divine how to use 1 through 9. The Help menu tours don't seem to address what they do while at a base.
